West Coast Bash 2012 - Knott's Berry Farm, Day Two
March 4, 2012

At one point, we wandered into the old School House, something I haven't done in decades, perhaps, and learned once again why this park is so special.

I know my wheat, and Kansas wheat, that is the good stuff. Missouri wheat? Garbage.

Look at that "Primary Geography" book cover. Stunning. Kids today, with their laptops and their internets and their ball point pens... bah.

For every wild thrill ride here, there are dozens of small pleasures like this to be discovered.

I think this poem captures the essence of Knott's Berry Farm. They always treat us like one of the folks.
