In the shadows of the Giant Slide was this mouth-watering display of carnivorous pleasures.
Ooooh, BABY!
I went for the BBQ pork sammich. Not bad, but not as tasty as I had hoped. Oh, well.
While we were eating, we got to watch a little parade go by. Loved the old-timey fire truck.
A marching band featuring some of America's best and bravest. Respect.
After lunch, we needed to let the food settle, and just across the way was a shady animal exhibit area, a delightful respite from the sun.

Vulture! That is one badass bird.
Dude got a little fiesty for a minute, flapping his wings and everything. You don't want to mess with an angry meat-eating bird.
Didn't like the way he was lookin' at us. Soon as we got this shot, we were outta there.
