
Painted on the flanks of its passenger cars were these folksy shout-outs to the local competition.

If there was a Knott's car, I missed finding it before it was our turn to board.

We rode in these fancier carriages...

...but opted for the first passenger car, the only one without a roof, so we'd have unobstructed views. Ready to roll, gang?! Heck, yeah!

Right next to the train station is Castle Park's castle, home to a big arcade, headquarters for mini-golf equipment rentals, and a Ghost Blasters dark ride. We'd be checking this out shortly.

"Watch out for the buffalo... Sometimes, he spits!" Sadly, none of us got spat upon.
